Chad Haverdink started his career in title sales after a successful five years serving as a branch manager for a West Michigan-based bank. Applying what he learned as a loan officer and using a consultative approach, Chad has been able to successfully build market share and profits for the offices he has represented. In 2012, Chad was rewarded as one of the top 2% of all sales representatives by FNTG. The following year Chad completed the Fidelity Leadership Program and also moved into his current sales manager role at Chicago Title. Chad uses his past experience and success to help develop the Chicago Title’s Michigan-based sales team as well as continue to grow top line revenues for the company.
Chad is currently a member of several of the Chamber of Commerce organizations where Chicago Title has offices, and is still an active member of the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors.
Chad was born and raised in West Michigan. Chad attended and graduated from Hope College with an Accounting Degree in 1994. He has a growing family that spans a daughter who graduated college in Colorado this spring, and a son in the USMC, as well as a 7 year old daughter, and 5 year old son. When not busy with the kids you can find Chad spending time with his wife Michelle, or on the golf course with friends.
