With 18 years in the title industry and 17 of those years working at Chicago Title, Sheri has come a long way. Her career started in 1996 as an escrow officer, before promoting to state escrow trainer. She later transitioned to the manager of Ottawa County, before promoting to her current position in 2011 as the Northwest Area Manager, responsible for residential transactions within Kent, Ottawa and Muskegon counties.
Sheri believes her success has been achieved through customer service, the key that distinguishes Chicago Title from its competitors. She and her team strive to provide exceptional customer service every day, in every action and every communication.
Sheri received her Bachelors of Arts from Ferris State University. She also completed the Fidelity leadership program in 2012.
